OUR CONSULTING WORK EXPERIENCES
UKCare Consultants have undertaken projects and assignments involving interim management, clinical operations management, strategic planning, facility planning, commissioning, foundation hospital status organising, change management as well as clinical, maintenance and cleaning services contracting. Our consultants, most with public sector backgrounds, have had 'hands on experience' in virtually every aspect of the UK's healthcare services environment.   

WHERE WE DO IT
The management consultancy's primary client market is the UK. Through a wide network of associate and independent consultants, The UKCare Consulting group is able to function in many UK locations. We are, however, most attuned to tasks in the southeast. The group also participates in healthcare-related initiatives that involve other countries, mainly continental European countries.
