BUSINESS MODEL
TREATSMART AFFILIATES
TreatSmart makes its content available via affiliates, who are free to choose the area population and location in which to engage care-seeking subscribers and other users. An area population of 200,000 with, say 5-6 hospitals, 20 outpatient centers and 100 doctors could be perceived to be economically viable. Assuming market penetration of 10% in Year1 20% in Year2 and 25% in Year3, an affiliate could realize Year1 commission earnings of $400,000, Year2 earnings of $800,000 and Year3 earnings of $1,000,000. That's a 3-year total of $2,200,000.
WHAT AFFILIATES GET
Affiliates receive an 80-page data compilation of treatment procedures differentiated as to - Diagnostic Tests and Investigations, Non-surgical Therapeutic Treatments, Outpatient Surgical Treatments and In-hospital Surgical Treatments. They are provided with content as to what procedures are likely to be involved in treating conditions of the following body areas:Back (Spine)
Blood Vessels
Bone(s)
Brain / Central Nervous System
Breast(s)
Chest / Lung
Ear(s)
Eye(s)
Feet/Legs
Heart
Joints
Mouth (Oral Cavity

For each the body areas treatment procedures, licensees will be able to provide their care-seeking subscribers with information about - care mode (diagnostic test/investigation), whether old (traditional) or new procedure, whether invasive or non-invasive procedure as well as the customary type of anesthesia if any at all.
AFFILIATES' REQUIREMENTS
1 - Each affiliate will be required to set up a web site, which will be named www.treatsmart/YourArea.com.2 - Each affiliate, with the help of HWL Data Ltd, will be required to identify the treatment facilities, doctors, dentists, opticians and pharmacies in their area and site-link directly to them. These links should provide useful information for care seekers.
3 - Each affiliate will be required to gain information about usual and customary price bands for treatment procedures in the licensee area. Such posted price bands will precede applicable procedure listings.
AFFILIATE REVENUE SOURCES
Affiliates get 40% of revenues generated from the following sources.SOURCE #1
Charging care-seeking end-user subscribing fees for access to the information.
SOURCE #2
Charging treatment facilities and doctors site listing and site linkage fees.SOURCE #3
Charging for treatment provider (facility, insurer, pharmacy, etc.) advertising/promotion on licensee website.
