Affiliates revenue sources and suggested billings are as follows:
     Care Seeker Subscription - 1Yr Subscription - $49.00. 6Mo Subscription - $29.00;
     Privider Listing - $200.00 per Year;
     Provider to Affiliate Site Linkage - $25 per Month;
     Provider Advertising on Affiliate Site - $150 per Month.
 
Affiliate Commission
Affiliates are entitled to 40% commission on all revenues.
